Our No-Melt Heat Tape is designed to handle demanding heat transfer conditions, withstanding temperatures up to 280°C without melting or losing adhesion. Built for durability, it performs reliably in high-heat environments and helps keep transfers securely in place during pressing.

While heat tape isn’t required for every application, it’s especially useful when a transfer may shift during the process. It works best when pressing caps, curved surfaces, or garments with seams, and when using an iron, Cricut, or heat press pillow where maintaining placement can be more difficult.

For most flat heat press applications on smooth garments, heat tape typically isn’t necessary, as the press itself holds the transfer firmly in place.
