Turnaround Times

DTF Transfers and UV DTF PermaStickers: Estimated dispatch the next working day for orders placed by 12pm UK time (GMT/BST).

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 2–3 working days. Jump the Line orders are prioritised.

Shipping Locations

We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Delivery availability and charges are confirmed at checkout.

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery — £7.49
Free delivery on orders of £100 or more. Estimated dispatch is the next working day for orders placed by 12pm.

Sample Pack Shipping — Free
Sample packs are delivered in 1–2 working days.

Delivery may be affected by courier disruption, severe weather, bank holidays, the delivery destination, or incorrect or incomplete address information. If your order is delayed or lost, contact us and we’ll work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Tracking Numbers

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for the courier to activate and update the tracking information. If you have not received your tracking number within two working days of dispatch, please contact us with your name, email address and order number.
